We collect information deliberately submitted through creator intake, inquiries, accounts, employment forms, and store transactions. We use it to provide editorial, customer, rights, and operational services. We do not sell applicant or customer data.
Visitors may read and use the site lawfully. Publication does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, train on, adapt, or commercially exploit protected work. Do not interfere with the service, impersonate creators, or submit malicious material.
Creators retain copyright. Submission grants a limited permission to receive, store, and evaluate the work. Editing, development, publication, exclusivity, licensing, adaptation, and payment require a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
A rights notice should identify the protected work, the challenged location, contact information, authority to act, and a good-faith statement. Send notices through Author Inquiry. Material may be limited while a complete claim is reviewed.
Available regions, rates, processing windows, carriers, tracking, and delivery estimates appear before checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk, address corrections, and lost-package handling follow the checkout disclosure.
Product-specific eligibility, return windows, condition requirements, exclusions, original-shipping treatment, and refund timing appear before purchase. Digital goods, personalized pieces, pierced jewelry, and final-sale editions may be excluded where lawful.
Preorders disclose an estimated release window, delay procedure, mixed-order handling, and cancellation terms before payment. A forthcoming catalog listing is not a preorder and does not reserve inventory.
Prices, materials, dimensions, care instructions, edition details, creator credits, availability, and taxes must be verified on the product record before checkout. Coming-soon information may change before sale.
